All of this happened thanks to my heart finally making sure I listened to its whispers, when on a full moon in November, at the age of 51, I had a heart attack.

From that November full moon, my heart became my teacher, and it led me down a path of deep healing, where I truly began to listen to my heart.
And as I did, not only did my heart heal – but it also healed me. It transformed me. It ignited the magic in me.
It was my heart that was the doorway into everything I had previously longed for.
As your heart is for you too – and the moment you start to tune into its whispers, it will begin to guide you on where to go, what to do, what to say and to whom.
And as you follow this inner guidance, your heart will heal you.
In this four module online course, we’ll begin to explore the sacred medicine found in the four heart chambers – the medicine of healing, transformation, magic and rebirth. A medicine that dances with Mother Earth’s seasons of darkness and light.
Although this online course is based on the material found in the book Your Heart Knows How to Heal You, the talks and shamanic journeys will be slightly different from the book – and two of the shamanic journeys are completely different from the book 😊
what you’ll experience
In this online course, we'll journey through the four chambers of the heart, connecting with the medicine found in the four seasons.
🍁 Module 1: Your Healing Journey Begins
We begin in the first heart chamber, the Chamber of Healing, where we let go of what no longer serves us, just like trees shed their leaves in autumn. This creates space for new life to later emerge.
❄️ Module 2: Transforming Wounds into Wisdom
We now journey deeper, into the second heart chamber, which is the Chamber of Transformation, where we transform our wounds into wisdom, and shadows into light, guided by the Dark Mothers (lunar goddesses), just as nature transforms the old into seeds of new life in winter.
☀️ Module 3: Receiving the Magical Light
The third chamber is the Chamber of Magic, where we receive nourishing, light-filled medicine from the Light Mothers (solar goddesses) to help us manifest our dreams, just as nature receives the sun’s light to ignite the seeds of new life in spring.
🔥 Module 4: Moving Through Your Rebirth
And in the fourth chamber, the Chamber of Rebirth, we move through a rebirth, where we rise from the ashes, stronger than before, so we can share our healing medicine and soul gifts with our world, just like nature shares freely of her blossoms and beauty in summer.
Module one: Your healing journey begins
MODULE 1: 30 JUNE
The first heart chamber holds the medicine of autumn - a time for letting go, which initiates your healing journey.
Like the trees shedding their leaves, we are invited to release what no longer serves us, so we can make space for something new to grow.
We’ll explore the ancient myth of Persephone’s descent into the underworld, a story that reflects the sacred cycle of darkness and light, death and rebirth.
This module also invites you to heal your roots and ancestral lineage, recognising that many of the wounds we carry have been passed down through the generations. These inherited wounds can become like a poisonous chalice – until we choose to heal them. In doing so, we transform the poison into medicine, not just for ourselves, but also for those who come after us.
🌿 Shamanic Journey: Persephone guides us deep into our ancestral roots, so we can release what no longer serve us, and begin our healing process, connecting with our ancestral wisdom and medicine.

Module two: transform wounds into wisdom
MODULE 2: 7 JULY
The second heart chamber holds the powerful medicine of winter - the medicine of transformation.
This is when we descend into the darkness, into the cauldron of the Dark Mother, allowing us to undergo a deep transformation, where we transform wounds into wisdom and shadows into light.
We’ll explore the ancient myth of Inanna, who hears the call from the Great Below, which sets her off on a journey into the underworld to meet her dark sister Ereshkigal.
Through her sacred journey, she undergoes a deep transformation and rebirth.
🌿 Shamanic Journey: Journey through the 7 gates into the underworld (representing the 7 chakras) where you’ll transform wounds into wisdom, and shadows into light – and through this process you’ll begin to birth your inner light.

Module three: receiving the magical light
MODULE 3: 21 JULY
The third heart chamber holds the medicine of spring, when the magic of life is ignited within us.
This is when we receive new dreams and visions from the Divine Source – like light-filled seeds of new life we are meant to weave into our lives.
We need to nurture these new visions and dreams by embracing the magical light, and this is where many of us may discover how we deny ourselves the nourishment we need for our dreams and visions to blossom.
🌿 Shamanic Journey: This powerful journey (very different from the book) melts what has been frozen within us—releasing it through our roots and chakras—so the magic of our inner sun can rise and nourish our dreams and visions.

Module four: moving through your rebirth
MODULE 4: 28 JULY
The medicine of the fourth heart chamber holds the medicine of summer, where we move through our own rebirth.
Mother Earth shows us how life is meant to move through its own rebirth, blossoming and expanding into its highest potential.
We too are meant to blossom and expand, but often we hold back due to old fears and limiting beliefs.
We’ll explore the ancient myth of Gullveigr, the witch who was burnt and reborn three times. After her final rebirth, she becomes initiated as the Wise Woman, the First Völva (female Norse shaman). She goes then out into the world, sharing her healing medicine with others.
The time is now here for us to awaken our inner Wise Woman, and let her RISE within us, so we can share her healing medicine with the world.

Healing journey with the Tree of life
The Tree of Life represents our nervous system, and it also represents the cycle of death, transformation and rebirth, as it moves through the seasons.
In this meditation you’ll be shedding the past, and healing your roots, so they can be a source of strength, support and nourishment for you. You’ll also be creating balance between Heaven and Earth, Light and Dark, the Masculine and the Feminine.
At the end of the meditation, you’ll journey into the womb of Mother Earth, meeting the Dark Goddesses, receiving the healing medicine that will help to heal you, and others.

Your Shamanic Guide
Cissi Williams is an Osteopath, Naturopath, NLP Trainer, and Teacher of Energy Medicine, Mysticism, Shamanic Healing & Seidr. She’s initiated as a Priestess of Freyja, Tradition Keeper of the Völva (Norse shamanism and magic).
She started her healing journey in 1992, when she had her first Dark Night of the Soul experience. This brought her into an immense darkness, where she finally fell on her knees and prayed. Her prayer was answered in the form of three books: The Power Is Within You by Louise Hay, Love Is the Answer by Gerald Jampolsky, and Creative Visualization by Shakti Gawain. As she read these books, she could feel the darkness lift, and through doing the exercises outlined in the books, she healed her depression in six weeks. She then knew we have the power to heal within us. This led her to want to learn more about health and healing, so she earned a 4-year University Degree in London, and qualified in 1997 with First Class Honours in Osteopathic Medicine, and with a Diploma in Naturopathy.
In 2002 she started her training in NLP and hypnosis, which later led her into the world of shamanism. She’s done shamanic training from various wisdom traditions, including Incan, Norse, and Celtic.
Cissi has done more than 25,000 healing sessions, and she’s guided many more to tune in to their inner wisdom and connect with Spirit’s guidance through her teachings, and Awaken Your Inner Wisdom, a podcast with over 450,000 unique downloads. Her passion is to help you tune in to your inner wisdom, as she knows there is an incredible power embedded in your bones – the power of the Wise Woman – who is longing to be awakened and rise once more, so she can share her medicine with the world.
